To align with our sustainability and responsibility policy all items are made to order. Typically we'll freshly print your item and dispatch it within 3-5 business days.
We need 3-5 days to freshly print your item, and then once dispatched, you can expect your order within 1-2 business days - UK if using standard shipping.
Standard shipping in the UK is free. We hate paying, so why should you! You can of course pay for an upgraded service if you would like a tracked delivery
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm the status of your order Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. You may also track your order at any time by going to your account or going to the 'track my order' page which is listed at the bottom of our website.
As part of our drive towards zero waste we print each item to order. Therefore, we cannot offer same day shipping. However, we always aim to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible.
Shipments are reflected as RTO (returned to origin) under the following circumstances: * Delivery was attempted more than once but it could not be delivered due to either wrong address or no one being present at the given address * The address could not be found because either it was incomplete or the post code was wrong * You or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order Under these circumstances, your local courier may try to contact you on your registered phone number or email address. If there is no response on that number or it is not reachable, then the package is returned to the origin. Once the package is returned to the origin (our fulfilment centre) then we will attempt to contact you ourselves and you will have 28 days to provide us with a correct address to re-direct your package to. In this case you will be responsible for the new shipping fees. If we do not have a new address to redirect to, your item(s) will be given to charity.
All of our products are shipped with tracking which means you are protected in case your order is lost in transit. If this is the case, please get in contact with us within 3 weeks of the estimated shipping date and we will arrange a replacement for you. We unfortunately have to raise a claim with the shipping provider so cannot do this any sooner as we have to work with their deadlines. If your order is marked as delivered by the courier then in this case, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for it being lost.
We may be able to make a change to your order, depending on what stage of the creation and shipping it is at. Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to get those changes done for you. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via the email@example.com page we will do our best to arrange a cancellation. Please note that if your order has already been fulfilled and prepared for shipping, it is too late to cancel.
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Paypal, Apple Pay and ShopPay. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
We do not have any hidden costs, however, some items may be subject to a customs charge. Please check with your local customs rules before purchasing if you are unsure. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for any customs charges that you may have to pay when shipping outside of the UK.
