Shipping policy

All orders are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging, so all eco-friendly vibes.

Our fulfilment time is generally under 2 working days to ship for mugs and 5 working days for clothing and beanies. Around special events and when we are busy it is up to 7 working days. Cut off is 1pm so we can ensure we can notify Royal Mail we are ready for them to come and collect your exciting new purchase and they can work on getting it to you! 

Then it’s all down to Royal Mail to do their job. Products are sent with Royal Mail’s 1st class service, but let’s be realistic we all know that’s between 1-3 days shipping in the UK. Please get in touch if you are experiencing any delays. If you have upgraded to our courier service estimates will also be provided.

Due to Royal Mail terms and conditions, if you have not received your item we must follow the following procedures, these are unfortunately out of our control so please bare with us whilst we follow their rules and regulations!

• If you order does not arrive within 14 days please let us know so we can check the details and investigate for you
• Your order will not be considered missing until after 12 working days - please do contact us and we will see what we can do, but usually Royal Mail are very stringent with timelines
• Any missing orders must be reported within 30 days - unfortunately outside of this we have no recourse with Royal Mail, so please contact us so that we can do our best for you
