Returns Policy

As a small business with the aim to bring classic products that are vegan and eco-friendly, as part of our drive towards zero waste we print each item to order. We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your order but we do understand that sometimes we don’t always get it right.

For clothing, please make sure you check our sizing guides carefully so that you are not disappointed. Of course if there is an issue with your item we will work with you to ensure we can come to a resolution that makes you feel happy, that is our number one aim. Please do not return items to the returns address and please contact us at so that we can talk though things with you. 

We unfortunately cannot cover the postage cost of returning the first item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you.

Once your item has been received we will then ensure we have understood your concern, and a new item will then be processed within our normal turnaround times.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items (even though our postie is amazing)  and if the items do not reach us, we sadly will not be able to replace or refund.  Please do not send back any returns to our supplier's address which may be listed on your packing slip. We unfortunately will not be able to process them and issue a refund for them.
